When you send a housing brief, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
- Your preferred move-in date, stay length, bedroom requirements, budget and preferred area or work location.
- An optional company code and any additional information you choose to include.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your housing requirements, source and discuss suitable options, coordinate requested services, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.
How information is shared
Information may be handled by service providers that support form delivery, email, website hosting and other business operations. We may also share relevant requirements with housing providers when needed to source an option for you. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry and service information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested support, maintain business records and meet applicable legal requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Email sales@shl-housing.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics. It may temporarily remember a company code in your browser to make a later housing enquiry easier to complete.
